Matthias Gelinski, Customer Success Manager at Microsoft Deutschland GmbH, supports companies in transforming the way their workforce works and collaborates together. Digitization and optimization of processes, changing the ways of working and the accompanying change processes are the focus of his work. In the Customer Success Unit at Microsoft, he is the Industry Lead for the Life Science & Chemicals business areas. A particular focus of his work is digitizing processes in the areas of employees in service and production.
