Timo Sievers, as Head of Customer Service Management, is responsible for customer service at freenet AG, including the brands freenet (formerly mobilcom-debitel) and klarmobil. Since 2017, customer service has been delivered through a successful strategic business process outsourcing partnership. Timo’s guiding principle is based on the assumption that satisfied customers do not contact customer service. When customer interactions are necessary, he relies on authentic communication, digital processes, and strong brand loyalty.
