As Head of Customer Service Management, Timo Sievers is responsible for customer service at freenet AG, including the brands freenet (previously mobilcom-debitel) and klarmobil. A successful partnership based on a strategic business process outsourcing of the whole customer service is established since 2017. Timo is convinced that a consistent customer experience in a digitalized process leads to higher brand trust.
