In his role as a Solution Consultant in the field of service, Lars Frerking knows the versatile requirements of companies. As a project manager, he advises corporations and globally operating medium-sized companies on the way to digitizing and optimizing their existing service processes. He focuses on end-to-end processes from service requests to service technician deployment. His experience and extensive knowledge of existing and, above all, new SAP solutions such as the Intelligent Service Cloud benefit him in the technical and process-related design of customer-specific requirements.
