Anna Röhrig began her customer service career in Ireland in 2019. After earning a degree in Fashion- and Textile Management, she moved into the world of luxury womenswear at the retailer Nordstrom Inc. in the US, further refining her customer service skills. Today she leads the customer service team for jewelry retailer Glambou GmbH in Berlin.
