Christian Huth has over 30 years of experience in customer service. After studying business administration, he started working in customer service at Hamburgische Elektrizitäts-Werken AG and remained loyal to the energy sector. He recently switched industries and is in charge of customer service at BAUR-Versand in Weismain. He stands for employee and customer satisfaction, for efficiency and digitization. In recent years he has digitized the customer service of Stadtwerke Lübeck GmbH and thus won the Stadtwerke Award 2018 for the Stadtwerke.
