Speaker: Oliver Viereck
After studying business administration, Oliver Viereck worked for many years in leading consultancies in the areas of service quality and active complaint management. In numerous projects, he led well-known companies towards consistent customer orientation. In 2015, he started his career at Sky Deutschland. As Head of Outsourcing Vendor Management, he was initially responsible for the external service centres in Germany and for all nearshore locations. Since 2022, he has been Vice President Contact Experience & Inhouse Service. In this position, he is responsible for the internal service centres and, together with his teams, continuously develops the service quality in customer service at Sky Deutschland. Mr Viereck deals with current key topics in customer service such as new technologies, collection methods and digitalisation on a daily basis.
