Since 2017 in the role of Director Customer Service for Online Travel Agency and Service & Complaints, Pascal Dué has shaped and repositioned customer service in terms of customer satisfaction, efficiency and scalability. Most recently, the COVID-19 pandemic posed a particular challenge with a major impact on the tourism industry, combined with a realignment of customer service. Prior to this, Pascal Dué gained over 15 years of experience in outsourcing management, most recently as COO and Managing Director of a medium-sized contact center company which is now part of Capita."
