She loves the technical possibilities that make it possible to create a customer service that is faster and more closely tailored to the customers’ needs. The customer's enthusiasm is her primary goal. Through her previous positions at management consultancies and head of in-house consulting at ARAG SE, she has years of experience in optimizing and digitizing processes. Together with her team, she develops ideas, drives them forward and celebrates the successes. As part of the management team at ASC GmbH, she is also responsible for customers' 24/7 contact channels to ARAG.
