"The customer can hear your smile", a motto that Rene Baumann has practiced for years. Customer Service has a long tradition within his family. His grandparents built the telecommunications infrastructure in Berlin. He managed the customer service for the EWE venture "Wir von Hier", from the scratch to the SQS certificate (Geprüfte Servicequalität) by TÜV Rheinland. Rene Baumann also transformed the customer support department at the Fintech "OptioPay" into a data and customer oriented unit, triggering valuable product improvements.
