Alexander Schagen is co-founder (2013) of ServiceOcean AG, based in Cologne and St.Gallen.
He has been working on Digital Queues for over 10 years. Behavioral Science and Data
Analytics avoid hang-ups and re-dialers on the way to 100% handled calls with strong cost
advantages. For this, ServiceOcean has received several innovation awards. His consulting
projects and PhD thesis at the University of St.Gallen (HSG) laid the foundation for the
software. He likes to spend his free time on a motorcycle.
