He’s been in Customer Service roles for 20 years, leading customer service teams in multiple countries with different levels of digitalization and work environments. Has personally seen the last usage of typewriters, shorthand, paper filing, communication by post. Saw the Covid-19 pandemic as a significant driver with respect to digitalization, new tools and service providers got much more attention than ever. Excited to be part of a digitalization journey & curious to see what’s new in the next 5-10 years.
