Tobias Gügel, Global Customer Service Manager, Thermo Fisher Scientific He’s been in Customer Service roles for 17 years, leading customer service teams in 6 different countries with different levels of digitalization and work environments. Has personally seen the last usage of typewriters, shorthand, paper filing, communication by post. Saw the Covid-19 pandemic as a significant driver with respect to digitalization, new tools and service providers got much more attention than ever. Excited to be part of a digitalization journey & curious to see what’s new in the next 5-10 years.
