Since 2019 in his role as Customer Experience & Excellence Director, Andreas Bieda transformed the original Customer Service into a holistic, collaborative, operational cross-functional trade partner experience – incorperating order to deliver, bill to cash, contract to conditions and promotion management processes as well as including new innovative digital tool solutions and external partner cooperation. Prior, Bieda worked in his 15 years within Unilever in Research & Development, Marketing and Category Business Leadership.
