Benjamin Gabel is Head of Customer Service at Schüco International KG, where he is responsible for strategic and operational customer service processes. As part of the Schüco Global Services division, all processes in Customer Service are based on customer-oriented, individual service for partners. In 2020, he introduced Field Service Management at Schüco. In addition to expanding digital service processes, he is currently focusing on data management and internationalization.
