As Director Customer Service Daniel Penno is responsible for all of DPD´s Customer Service activities in Germany. In the last two years he has transformed the Service Landscape of DPD from a decentral organization to a central structure with a focus on processes and customers. At the moment his top priority is the Customer Experience Transformation for the German DPD Erfolgstour (success tour) 2025.
