Since 2018, Melanie is heading the customer service Europe, Africa, and Middle East within BASF’s global business unit Fuel and Lubricant Solutions. In the focus of her team’s daily work are efficient communication to and close alignment with the logistic and production departments of their customers as well as their internal colleagues. Going into the future, Melanie and her international team drive automation efforts alongside the Order-to-Cash process, always keeping an eye on servicing their customers faster and better.
