With 20 years of management experience in customer service units, Sven has helped shape the digitalization of customer service in various industries (insurance, e-commerce/logistics & medical technology). As Circle Lead Customer Service in the SIGNAL IDUNA Group, he is currently part of the management team and has overall responsibility for the customer issues “Start and management of my insurance - private customers” across all lines of business (health, life and composite insurance). In addition to the transformation into an agile organizational structure, the strategic partnership with Google is working on the digitalization of customer service - e.g. through the effective integration of tools based on artificial intelligence (AI).
