Eva Milicic is Head of Customer Service at PAYBACK, where she and her team are responsible for eight PAYBACK stores. This involves not only managing many service providers, but also continuously optimizing all processes and introducing technical innovations. PAYBACK customers can collect points online and in local stores from 680 partners such as Aral, dm-drogerie markt and Rewe. Under her leadership, the customer service for the 31 million German customers has already won several awards. Previously, she was head of internal customer service at LaVita and worked for seven years at Sky Deutschland.
