Irfan has been passionately consulting in the fields of Customer Service, Customer Experience, and CRM for over seven years, aiming to enhance the service quality of both German and international companies. Before his consulting role, he was a project manager in product development for a medium-sized company and is therefore familiar with the challenges faced by both large corporations and SMEs. Additionally, Irfan co-founded two startups and serves as a mentor at Techstars Berlin for innovative young entrepreneurs.
