Over the past 23 years, Barbara has held various roles of technical and leadership responsibility with a strong focus on the contact center space. She has been successfully involved in many projects, especially in the insurance and telecom industry, each with the goal of achieving an excellent customer experience. She is driven by the attitude to not only understand Customer Experience, but also to continuously improve it. With a lot of enthusiasm she likes to focus on analytical questions that turn customer experience into measurable results and bring customer centricity in line with the company's goals.
