Before taking on the responsibility for IT support at the TRUMPF Group as the Head of the Service Operation Center in 2022, Hendrik worked for 9 years as an IT architect and team leader in the development of the MyTRUMPF customer portal. In addition to handling first and second-level support, his team takes on steering tasks within the ITIL processes to continuously improve them. With his technical background, Hendrik's passion is to drive topics such as automation, AI, and the seamless digitization of service processes to increase efficiencies and give his team the time to address customer inquiries in a customer-oriented and personal manner.
