Ignacio is Deputy Head of Customer Service and has many years of hands-on experience as Support Engineer. He has built two remote Service Desks and is responsible for their performance and continuous improvement. His customers operate aircraft with prices ranging from 20 to 70 million USD. Grounded aircraft can cost millions of dollars. For this, support has to be quick, professional and most importantly, effective. His main interest lies in the development of customer services with agile methodologies from a customer-centric perspective.
