As Business Development Manager at Step Ahead she is responsible for the service management module of the completely new developed software solution mySTEPS. Mylène has 12 years of experience in sales and consulting of software solutions for service companies and project service providers. During this time, she has supported numerous, mainly midsized companies in the digitalization of their service processes. As head of the Step Ahead Innovation Lab for Service Management, Mylène regularly exchanges ideas with users and knows exactly what their requirements and wishes are for user-friendly software.
