Patrick Bost is Head of Customer Service at ABL.
His focus is on the expansion of communication and digitalization.
Since 2020, he has established a ticket system, a new telephone software, and the handling of service calls with HoloLens, and has built up four teams for 1st to 4th level support.
Today, ABL Customer Service is also responsible for service management and the control of service partners in Germany and abroad as well as spare parts management and scheduling.
