As a data scientist Sascha Riedel strategically designs the customer Service at Vodafone using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. He has eight years of expertise in Telecommunication and used to work in Customer Experience and Data Analytics departments. Prior to this he finished his Ph.D. in Sociology in which he focused on survey design and latent structure modeling. At Vodafone Sascha is responsible for data-driven end-to-end solutions in both phone and digital customer service that aim to improve the customer experience. His primary focus is always on the customer and his holistic experience with Vodafone.
