Thomas Dittmar is Vice President Customer Service at FUCHS LUBRICANTS GERMANY GmbH. In this role, he is responsible for order management and the future orientation of the associated processes at the locations in Germany. In 2022, he formed a new holistic customer service organisation from decentralised internal service units as part of a corporate merger. He is currently initiating a corporate programme that focuses the Customer Service area even more strongly on the challenges of the digital age.
