Matthias Quirmbach has been with OBI since 2017 and is responsible for customer service activities in his current position as Head of Customer Care. In this role, he is part of the Business Operations Team and is responsible for all central customer contacts in Germany, Austria, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Hungary. The current focus is on the realignment of customer service and the integration of the countries, both technically and culturally. The aim here is to incorporate and anchor the OBI customer promise "anything is possible" in a flexible and agile customer service landscape. Matthias Quirmbach looks back on various customer service and sales activities and has gained experience in an international context.
