As a former sales professional in the IT and telecommunications industry, Frank has been accompanying digital transformation processes within complex organizational structures for years. As managing director of a provider of innovative services, he not only paved the way for his customers into the digital age. Internally, he also drove forward the future-oriented transformation with smart solutions, thus ensuring sustainable growth and success. Since October 2020, Frank has been Head of the ProSiebenSat.1 Shared Service Center and is responsible for the newly bundled services as well as classic and overarching business services. As an innovation driver for transactional processes and back-office activities, the Shared Service Center provides financial and payroll services for approximately 70 ProSiebenSat.1 Group companies and has over 100 employees. The expansion of digitization and automation, process stabilization of the services, integration of further subsidiaries, integration on SAP S/4HANA and the acquisition of further services are among Frank's main areas of responsibility.
