Guido Schenkel has spent the past 10 years building, evolving, and leading various Customer Service organizations in a number of different tech start-ups. In these contexts, his focus has always been on optimizing both customer and employee experience during periods of hypergrowth and fast-paced organizational change. Currently, Guido is Head of Customer Service at EIGENSONNE, a leading solar power scale-up in Berlin, where he and his teams actively support the switch to more renewable, sustainable energy sources for a greener future.
